At MR Planners, we take a lot of value in making sure our customers are satisfied at time of purchase. Sometimes a need for warranty service happens. We connect you to the manufacturer warranty to get the parts you need. 


Appliances:  We Go To Bat For You

The number of repairs on our appliances is lowest around, but if you should need service on your appliance please call us. 


Appliance purchases always go back to the manufacturer warranty.

For appliance service outside of warranty please call our office to get immediate help scheduled.


For warranty on kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities  less than 90 days, please call our office.  We will happy to help you.
Please be sure your invoice is paid in full.

Pella Windows has a service portal:

For all other window and door purchases, please call and talk to Andrew or other staff about the various warranty offered from the manufacturer.  Your quote will have the warranty information.

You will need a photo of the entire window, inside and exterior view.

Photograph the problem close up and the window jam identification sticker. Email those to the contact form below.
