You'll Be Responsible For

Leading remodeling projects from start to finish

Reading and following construction drawings
-
Installing cabinetry, countertops, trim, and finish carpentry

Installing windows and doors
-
Installing vanities, tubs, showers, and accessories

Drywall hanging and finishing
-
Light framing and remodeling as needed

Basic plumbing reconnects including sinks, faucets, and drains

Maintaining clean, organized, professional jobsites

Providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications

3+ years of finish carpentry or remodeling experience preferred

Cabinet installation experience

Drywall hanging and finishing skills

Lead Carpenter Job Description
MR Planners is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team. Someone who can lead a CREW and/or work independently in doing the best quality work in Kitchens, Baths, Windows, Appliance, Plumbing, & Door projects. The ideal candidate will have their own truck and tools. We offer Year-round employment. Holiday and vacation pay after first full year. Performance-based advancement and a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS
· Understand drawings and lead crew in Cabinetry, Window, Bath and other remodel projects.
· Install cabinets, counters and molding, vanities, tub and showers. Install windows & doors
· Remodel rooms as needed for project
· Re-connect faucets, sinks and drains
· Rough and Finish Carpentry Skills
· Drywall Hanging and Finishing Skill Required
· Physically fit clean appearance and Professional attitude
· Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
· Pass Criminal Background Check
· Attention to detail and Problem solving skills
· Must have good people skills
· Excellent communication & customer service skills
· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
· Ability to follow instructions and learn new ways
· Positive attitude and willingness to work well with others
